Notebook Department
"The notebook department is responsible for writing an engineering notebook, which documents the engineering design process the robot team used to build the robot. A member of this team sits in the robot team meetings and takes notes, and then the team types up what the robot team did as they constructed the machine."

In addition to this, the notebook department also:
1. Writes a Research Paper to relate the game to how science and technology is being used in our state or region.
2. Creates a safety first document as evidence that safety training occurred and safe practices were followed to prevent misuse of tools and injury.
3. Adds pictures and support documentation in the appendices.
4. Documents the robot team’s work with software design as evidence of a custom design and use of simulation.
5. Creates a table of contents, writes a summary, and works on other documents as well.
